How to import Best Practices Documentation?

Hello Gurus,

I have been asked to import the documentation for the CRM Best Practices V6.703 into our Solution Manager 7.1. I am being asked for the Project Methodology and Documentation to be brought into the system.

I am not familiar with this process, what can be done and how would this be performed? This would be a net-new setup, with no transport from a previous project.
