Hello experts,
we are using the ITSM service desk from our solution manager to report issues and service request.
End-users have to enter a certain category when they report an issue or service request. But it only displays the first 5 values and we can scroll down if we want, but it's not so clear to scroll down. So we are affraid the end-users won't scroll down. So do you maybe know how the visible items in the drop down list to 7?
