Hi Gurus,
In service desk incident management system. I am using Class CL_SDK_DOC_PROC_CRM_ORDER for mail triggering purpose.
While triggering this class i am getting all the information of the incident (like header data, partner details etc,) except Category levels (i am using std 4 levels) and text message.
Where / How to get this level information and text message related to particular incident. please any one suggest me about tables / functional module.
