ChaRM 7.1 SP06: Transports moved to PROD, but still get assigned to a new Task List

Hello Experts,

I've got a very unusual behavior of the SOLMAN 7.1 SP06: 

I have Normal Change's transports which already moved to Productions systems.

I completed a task list and then created a new one, somehow some of these transports get assigned to a new task list, and they are still in the transport buffer.

Any idea how to resolve this?
