SAP Solution Manager - IT calendar for Service Desk (Help Desk)

I’m tiring find if is possible use IT Calendar also for Service Desk (Help Desk). Example – we have some operators who are maintain tickets from customer. They are rotating during the day and we would use this IT calendar for set up who is responsible for this message in specific time during the day. Our goal should be make possibility to assign tickets
to concrete person.
