ITSM for VAR

Hello ITSM VAR experts,

we use ITSM VAR functionality within Solution Manager 7.1. SP10.

We are already very satisfied with them, but are very interesting in implementation of some additional functions.

1) Link between customer and contract/SLA documents, etc.

2) Implementation of additional fields (e.g. user/password information for entire system) visible only for support stuff.

Is it possible or plan with SP12 to extend VAR functionality within ITSM Solution Manager?
