Performance problems within System Monitoring: Alert Inbox (CCMS)

Hello!

We are connected several systems with SAPCCM4X agents to our Solution Manager (7.1 SP10) and acitvated system monitoring features (Workcenter System Monitoring).

If we access Alert Inbox it tooks sometimes more that 1 minute in order to see all the alert data from all satellite systems.

The most part of the response time is CPIC+RFC time.

We also detected that there are some problems if the job SAP_CCMS_DT_SCHEDULER is running simultaneously.

This job is running every 10 minutes.

Are there some work arounds to improve the overall performance?
