No Applicable Data in BPM Alert Reporting

Hi,

I run SOLMAN 7.1 SP8 with BPM configured.

I have issues with BPM Alert Reporting: I can well select Calendar weeks, Solution, Business process & steps, but then there are "no Applicable Data Found".

I use new web template 0SM_BPM_WT0001N. Cubes 0SM_BPM & 0SM_BPM1 are activated and not empty, *alert reporting* extractors are Green...

I checked tons of things according to"BPM Alert Reporting Analysis - Setup and User Guideline" documentation, without results.

I don't know where to investigate now.

May you have some hints please ?
