Error(Message Processor) is neither an employee nor an organizational unit - Test case error message creation from test Management

Hi,

I am getting the below error " (Message Processor) is neither an employee nor an organizational unit".while i am creating test case error message in test Management.

Already i created the BP, assign the external BP.

Also while i am creating the message , i am getting my user is does not exist.

Currently i am using 7.1 SP04. but i think missed some. Any help on this issue.
