Hello Solution Manager Experts!
I am searching for information (also official statement from SAP) what are the prerequisites for usage of one central Solution Manager.
We have several customers that do not have own Solution Manager.
Our goal is to connect all the satellite systems of all customers to one central Solution Manager and to use the new Monitoring and Alerting Infrastructure for all these customer systems.
Which status (Service Provider, Hosting Partner, Run SAP Operation Partner, etc.) or license model do we need in order to use one central Solution Manager for operation activities for all the customer systems?
