Import STAT files from OS into Performance DB??

All,

We had an issue with our ECC systems where multiple duplicate SAP_COLLECTORxxxxx jobs were running after a restart.   For some reason the statistics stopped showing up in ST03N.    We can see that STATxx files on the OS for each app server but can't figure out a way to Load them back into the Performance DB.    When you go to the DELTE FILE section of Collector and Performance DB section of ST03N, it asks  "Are you sure you want to delete the files WITHOUT importing them into the DB?".   I click NO, and nothing happens.    I DONT" want to click YES.

Any Ideas as to How I get this data back into the Performance DB?
