Hi all
This is more of a process related question. I see in the CRM Web Client UI, there is a link to create "normal changes" (SMMJ) and "urgent changes" (SMHF).
In the past (Solman 7.0) we ALWAYS create a Change Request, get this approved, and then the normal change or urgent change is added to the approved CR (this is the only way to create a change).
I'm just wondering if a CR should always be created first (and approved) in 7.1 before a change (normal or urgent) is added to this? If so, why can you create a normal/urgent change direct from Web Client without a CR???
Can someone share a situation when one may need to do this? I'm just not sure if I should remove this link from the Web Client.
