Public URL for Incident Management after upgrade to 7.1

Hello .

after upgrading to 7.1 users need to access the Incident Management page using the SM_CRM or crm_ui_start.

The new url for intranet access is http://xyz.domain.int:8000/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ui_start/default.htm?SAP-LANGUAGE=EN

which works fine.

However, external users used a public url http://support.domain.com which currently redirects as follows:

http://support.domain.com/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/ags_workcenter?WORKCENTER=AGS_WORK_INCIDENT_MAN&sap-language=EN

this opens the Incident Management Work center.

If , from Common Task in the Work Center, we choose IT Service Management or we try to connect to

http://support.domain.com/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ui_start/default.htm

we get an error

• BSP Exception: the Application Name sap in URL /sap/(bD1lbiZjPTAwMSZkPW1pbg==)/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ui_start/default.htm is invalid.

Does this error depend by the configuration of the alias http://support.domain.com or there is something to be configured in the Solution Manager?

Is there a place where you configure the public alias http://support.domain.com ?
