Stuck CSA* Inbound queues and BDocs in intermediate state

Hi,

In our Solution Manager system, we have:

- Inbound Queues (Queue: CSABUPA* State: Ready, Waiting)

- BDocs (Objects: BUPA_MAIN, BUPA_REL. State: Intermediate State)

These are generated every time we create / change a business partner although this is not required.

I have checked SAP Note: 1960627 recommending to completely stop BDoc creation via SMW3_00, which is not recommended in the long run as we might have the solution manager system communicate with external systems later on.

Please suggest.
