Hello All
We are using SAP Solution manager 7.1 SP8. We have setup service desk for the client. Now the customer has asked if it’s possible to have the ITSM link for creating tickets in the Help menu of the satellite systems GUI. So the key user would be directed to the ITSM screen and not to the small GUI screen we see now.
We are using the business role SOLMANREQU for the key user and are not sure how to make the ITSM link available in the GUI`s Help menu.
Could anyone please help?
