I have a question on handling the new transaction types, especially for incident management.
Recently I noticed a document in service marketplace stating that key users could still process their messages via the work center UI, whereas the message processors need to use the CRM UI.
In our VAR solman we use a custom developed UI based on the work centers, which we do not want to dump just because of the new transaction types.
Keyusers process their messages in the standard work center view (messages listed in tables, to send answers or information there's a popup). Is this still possible with the new transaction types? There's no must for keyusers to use the CRM UI?
Message processors have there queries (POWL) and when processing a selected message, a new window is opened (ags_incident_trans). If I understand it right, the new transaction types will be shown also in the queries but when they're processed the CRM UI is opened.
