Document Management, Solman 7.1, Lock Table

Hi ,

We have implemented Document Management.

There is a default configuration to lock document at particular status.

I just want to know in which TABLE this lock/unlock status for the document is stored ?

And generally, is there nay way by which we find which tables are used by SAP for particular configuration step ?
