Hello everyone,
I am searching for any detailed guide about the Date Management/ SLA Configuration in SAP SolMan 7.1 SP08.
Everything that I can find is all those default SAP guides which only say: define your date profile, assign your response profile and service profile etc.
This is easy. What I can not find is the detailed description of particular elements: e.g. date rules, calculation positions of the date types, etc.
I would like to not only copy and try, would be nice to understand the whole concept. Do you know any guide/book/any other information source that would explain it clearly?
I am new to this Community and of course, I need to configure SolMan Incident Management and somehow step by step I manage, but some of the SLA functionalities still don't work for me.
I would appreciate any helpful information. (I've already tried "SLA's made easy" from Pascal Renet Blog, official SLA guide from SAP and many minor links on the web).
