Hi All,
We have recently implemented Service Desk VAR scenario, we have everything set. But Sold-to Party determination not working based on Ibase.
We are in Solution Manager 7.1 SPS10 (Recently migrated from 7.0 SPS25)
Steps already done as below,
1. Sold-to Party maintained with Calling Hours in BP
2. Sold-to Party assigned to the Ibase componenets (Every client as well Installation)
3. Partner Determination Procedure for ZMIV0001 have been set correctly.
Also referred below notes,
1165357 - Sold-to-Party is not assigned to Service Desk message
1858608 - Sold-To Party not filled in Incidents
Still no luck.
