Unexpected exception while initializing PI domain domain.00

Dear Support,

    We do the PI configuration in SLM, when we do the Load Monitoring Attributes in step 5.2, we meet an error,

we check the log in st11 in Solution manager, we get the information as belows

Please help check which ID do we need to add the authentication, thanks.
