Hi,
we use Solman 7.1 and we want to establish SLA escalation managment.
The reaction profile and the attendence profile were correctly found in our incidents.
But there are any problems:
1. IRT and MPT times are set to system time of creation (first save)
2. reaction times are not filled in the Dates field in UI
3. If I change the priority the Duration until End of Service is correctly changed but not the time
Do you have some hints for me?
