I am trying to do a modification in existing Charm Request for Change.
In the existing configuration of "Request for change", There was a approval procedure configured with a single step (Approval for BO). Now i have added another step in the existing approval procedure (Approval for QMS). When i try to approve both the steps the status change is working fine.
When i reject (Via Activity in Approval Block) the 1st step (Approval for BO), the status of the CD needs to be moved back to "Created". But this is not happening and status remains the same.
When i reject (Via Activity in Approval Block) the 2nd step (Approval for QMS), the status of the CD needs to be moved back to "Created" and this is working fine.
I can understand the reason why it is working for the 2nd step is, the configuration is done under SPRO -> SAP Solution Manager -> Capabilities ->Change Request Management ->Change Request Management Framework -> Define status change depending on approval result.
But in that, i can see the option is available as selecting the "Transaction Type" and selecting the option for status change based on approval or rejection. But i couldnt see anything based on Step Ids (what is the status change when Step1 got approved or rejected, What is the status change when step2 approved or rejected).
Please let me know how the status can be changed based on the step ids approval or rejection. Or any other way to solve this issue.
