I have a doubt about how Solution Manager governance should be structured in a company. Solution Manager is a bit special system, it is not a business system and it is mainly used by IT teams therefore sometimes there are misunderstandings on what should do what.
I understand there is not totally correct or wrong answers and at the end it depends on your company but I would like to know if there is any kind of 'best practices' or 'guidelines' covering the different roles and their responsibilities in Solution Manager for a proper system implementation, maintenance and operations (including Development, Basis, Security, WorkCenter owners).
