Hello experts,
I followed this guide Utilizing Guided Procedures for Request Fulfillment within Service Request Management , I have completed all steps, but the problem is that I can´t find Guided Procedures block in Service Request Page Configuration (AIC_INCIDENT_H). Can anyone provide me with a name of component (Guided Procedures block) so I can insert it into a view? Or if anyone knows different solution, I would be very pleased.
