Solution Manager 720, SOLMAN_SETUP, SOAP Web Service Configuration Issue

Hi,

We have encountered an error when performing the Solution Manager Setup. We are on SolMan 720 SPS02.

Issue with activity 'Configure Consumer Proxies and log. port'

Below error occurs when trying the 'Ping Web Service' test for “Consumer Settings without WSDL Document. LP=SP_SISE_SUPPORTHUB” -

SRT Framework exception: Service Ping ERROR: Error when calling SOAP Runtime functions: SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("connection to partner broken")

Any advice?
