HP ALM Integration with Defect Management

Hi experts,

We are trying to integrate HP ALM with ITSM. From our understanding, when a defect is created in ALM, a corresponding ITSM incident can be created automatically. Just like to ask if there is a user mapping for the user in ALM and the user in SolMan ? How will defects be created in SolMan - will it use the same user logged in ALM?
