solution manager ticketing URL publish

Hello Experts,

We have configured ITSM in our Solution Manager, and we are able to create Incidents across the systems through the URL -->

http://<fqdn>:8000/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ui_start/default.htm?sap-client=400&sap-sessioncmd=open.

Now we need to publish the ITSM ticketing URL publically, so that out side of our organization the ticketing URL should be accessible, so we want to publish the URL in the formof --> https://XXX.XXX.com. (https SSL configuration has been done)

I am looking help if anyone can guide me to step forward.

does any one have done such configuration ?, what exact information I will need to provide to our network team.?
