Is Template Management the same in Solution Manager 7.2?

Since "SAP PPM 6.1 fully deployed in SAP Solution Manager 7.2", does this mean that Template Management in Solman 7.2 is different from Solman 7.1?  If so, how would I implement Template Management in Solman 7.2?
