I would like to ask if it is possible to set a status of a ticket to "Closed" via URL.
In the emails to the clients, for example, there is a link to display the ticket, and there the customer can close it from that screen. My requirement is that this is invoked automatically when the link is opened.
I hope I've expressed myself clearly and hope that anyone could give me a hint.
