Incomplete initialization of Smartform based e-mail content

Hi All,

We have configured ChaRM in SM 7.1 and used smartforms to send e-mail notifications.

Whenever any new Change document(ZMCG) is created from RFC, smartform based e-mail is triggerd however data related to parent Request for Change is not initialized in Smartform variables.

This happens only for initial e-mail trigger at Change document creation. Afterwards for any status change in Change document, data related to parent RFC is also collected while processing smartform.

Please provide your inputs on this.
