Hello Experts,
We have enabled Solution Manager System Monitoring in Solution Manager 7.1 system and also activated the ITSM for creating auto Incidents for Alerts and it is working fine.
But we have one more Solution Manager System which is on version 7.0 and is used for ticketing purpose like(Change Management, Incident Management), Is there any where in we can have auto incidents created in our old Solution Manager 7.0 version system for any alerts that get created in Solution Manager 7.1 for system monitoring.
Please provide your suggestion and expert guidance.
