Is there a possibility within the Solution Manager to monitor the IT infrastructure landscape in such a way that when if a technical component goes down, we see the impact on all the IT landscape? We were looking at BPM but we aren't sure this is it because it rather focusses on the processes. Or is this the way to go? Maybe you guys can give us some directions?
Our goal: when f.e. some machine or router does not respond, then we want to see that f.e. the ECC and CRM environments will be impacted.
Currently we run SolMan71SP12 and have configured technical monitoring but this only shows us the status of one system at the time and not the link between systems/components. We also have RealTech connected to our SolMan.
