I try to generate support message from our ERP system to SAP Solution Manager, we get the message in the ITSM. But the message was missing the below Information:
- Reporter Information.
- Support Team
- Categories
- Text message from ERP system
- ERP System information including the screen number error message Tcodes ...
can you help to check what was wrong with our system configuration.
