Hello, experts.
I have enhanced the worklist (GS_WLI component) with the search component (AIC_SRVREQ_S) that is available under IT Service Management -> Service requests.
I was able to see my changes on the WebUI, but clicking on the ID in the result table does nothing. Clicking on the message processor or on the support team works however.
I assume that I've missed something when setting the plugs. Can someone help me with this?
