Hello Experts,
when searching for incidents in our solution manager we're not getting the full list. The problem is: when searching for a certain business partner - I am supposed to get over 500 results, but the search result view limits it to a number of 500 results.
It doesnt matter whether entering 500 or more - the result is everytime 500.
Now I think one of my predecessor admins might have changed this and left no documention - unfortuantly I cant get a hook on my to ask.
So my question is: is anyone aware on how to restrict the result list without changing the solmanpro role parameters (SEARCH_MAX_HITS = Default 100) ?
Any hint is highly appreciated :-)
