Connection error of IT Incident Management APP from Mobile

Hi every one,

I have a connecting problem in my OData service using Gateway from mobile App IT Incident Management

I get the following error messages: in /IWFND/APPS_LOG

• 1	The request URL or the metadata definition is incorrect.
  2	Exception of type /IWFND/CX_SODATA_EDM_PROVIDER has occurred. See details for more information
  3	Exception of type /IWCOR/CX_DS_URI_NOT_MATCHING has occurred. See details for more information

How can I resolve that problem?

My mobile application setting are following

Mobile is Motorola Moto X Android Version is 5.1

ITSM Version is 1.0.0

I am giving the following credential in mobile app

Type server URL        192.168.11.19 (server IP)

Login name                  test

Password                    XXXXX

sap Client                    001

Type Server port          8000(HTTP)

Type the URL Suffix     /sap/opu/odata/AIGW/SERVICE_GDAPI/

i am using the HTTP port its OK ?
