ChaRM - Actions for Tickes (Urgent or Normal) in New Route not Show

Hi Experts,

 

We create a new production route to our HR Production System, in the route we have DEV > QAS > PRD, but we have a problem in first step, I can create a ChaRM ticket (Urgent or Normal Correction) but only in Urgent I can create a Transport Request (TR) and neither I can set to “Finish Development” for send TR to QAS. In attach files you can see what I trying describe. 

Attention Points:

 

  1. This Solution Manager is 7.1 but the Transaction Types was 7.0 (old ChaRM), we can’t migration now for new version;
  2. For create new route using Old Transaction Types, we insert in the table “/TMWFLOW/OLDPROJ” the name of project;
  3. The same configuration is used in other route (ECC Project) and work very well.

 

What can I check for review Action or get Log that any information about error?
