Performance Data: Minute Values

We need to activate collecting performance data from the CCMS monitoring infrastructure every minute in Solution Manager. SAP Documentation tells: "Note that InfoCubes 0CCMMIN1 and 0CCMMIN2 are only filled with values if you choose a retention period of at least a day in the IT Performance Reporting set-up for the Minute/Quarter-Hourly Values".

I cannot find the place were I can to do IT Performance Reporting set-up in Solution Manager 7.1 SP12.
