User-Role for displaying incidents

Hi,

we are trying to create a role that allows our users to view onlytheir incidents.

The user should only be able to log on and view all his incidents (and later confirm his tests).

We used the role "SAP_SUPPDESK_DISPLAY", copied it to "ZSAP_SUPPDESK_DISPLAY" and tried to change it as in it's current form, the user can see all incidents, not only his own.

We thought it might be the object "PARTN_FCTT" but it seems to make no difference what value we use there.

Does anybody have an idea what might be the correct authorization object?
