Fellow Members,
Have any of you achieved maintaining pre filled description box text area while creating incident as an end user in ITSM. For example, create incident guided procedure has Description text box in the first step where users are supposed to enter the description of incident. But in real world scenarios most of the incidents turn out to be junk because no clear information is available for support staff to handle the incident. How about a provision for something like this below where some texts are pre filled and available to all end users?
