Project Import not changing the status of urgent correction

Hello Experts,

SM 7.1 SP13 - using only urgent correction with SAP0

When I move urgent corrections to production system using project import from task list, it does not change the status to "Imported into Production" which is next status after "Authorized for Production". Is this normal behavior? If I use CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT to change the status manually, will it re-import my transports in production?

Related question - if I use CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT instead of project import, does it import in the order of import buffer or in the order of change document I enter on parameter screen of the report?

I will really appreciate some help.
