How to create transport localy and map it to charm?

Hello Experts,

I have upgraded systems which is not included in Chram.As we need to capture Su24 and role changes and system will be refreshed in 1 month.

What will be the strategy to:

1. Capture the changes in TP.
2. Bring the cahnges after system refresh through Basis.
3. Connecting the tp to Chram to move to quality.
