Hi,
I want to send en email from an incident (follow-up transaction 0005 - Outgoing E-Mail)
When I press send from the web ui I get a pop-up saying
SAP CRM solution cannot access Microsoft Outlook
Application was stopped
However when I look in SOST my email is there ready to send.
At the moment we are not looking for outlook integration with solution manager, so please just advise me on how to get rid of the pop-up.
