We are three basis guys and in the near future we are four in our company. Therefore we have to share our knowledge and my idea was to solve this inside the SolMan with a Knowledge database, to store How-Tos or other arcticles like "Problem / Cause / Solution". We are on 7.1 SP10.
But I can't find any useful How-To, WhitePaper, Note, ... if this is possible or not. Only in coherence with CRM, Incident Management, etc. and 10 days Consulting
Has someone a solution, tipp or document-link for me/us? Thanks.
