This is regarding incident 0120050409 0000045251 2013. (Sol Man 7.10 SP09) Use the Walldorf_req user if you logon to their system at all.
I can repeat this on their system. When you first open an existing service request and click NEW, the guided procedure that is used appears to be an Incident rather than a Service Request, though in the end, it actually creates a Service Request.
When selecting to create a Service Request without first opening an existing Service Request, the guided procedure is using the correct Service Request 3-step guided procedure.
I have a Word doc with my steps but it won't allow me to attach that here. I am attaching it to the incident with internal only view.
Thoughts on how I should proceed to resolve this so it uses the correct guided procedure always?
