Dear All,
When any user changes the status of CR, the text log should capture the information about who has changed the status. But in my case the text log is capturing incorrect information. The Text log is not showing information same as processing log.
When any user is changing the status of change request at that time Text Log is picking up the wrong name. It is not capturing the name of person who has executed the action. It is showing different name.
Please suggest is there any note available to correct this or any configuration.
