Issue with Job Interception - Redirect

Hi,

I have followed below link and performed the suggested steps (Case 2) so that the users in ECC system should be re-directed to Solution Manager for Job scheduling -

Re-directing transactions SM36, SM37, SA38: Controlling end-user scheduled jobs – Part 1

But it does not seem to work and all the users are able to Create / Change jobs in SM36 and SM37 in the ECC system.

SAP solution Manager 7.1 SP12 and ECC - EHP4 SAP ERP 6.0

Please suggest.
