Diagnosis
The system cannot determine the components for which the component collector is to be started. The cause is missing data in the CCMS System Component Repository (SCR). Either the SCR has not been filled or it contains no information about the components that write statistics records.

1. That can generate this error ?
2 . How to locate her , and in what settings (probably wrong ), it may be hiding ?
3 . What is the starting point in the system I need to start to run "SAP Web Application Server" then "Computing Central Management System (BC-CCM)" and so on. What is a transaction ? Or what may be a link? Sorry, but I can not find these in the section ("For more information, see the SAP Library under:")
