Hi Experts,
I have configured Critical Jobs for technical Monitoring . I have some following question. Kindly clarify.
1. Configured the job in step wise based on Program, say for eg : if a specified Job is running by using 3 programs, i have configured as step 1 step 2 etc.. If it is a running for different Program am not finding any issue while checking in Techmon. But if the Job is pulling a Parameter or external Program it is not displaying the status in Technical Monitoring.
2. Another issue, we have configured list of jobs for two different team( Authorization and APO) for ECC system. Since the Both the team username are configured in Global Recipients. Both the teams receiving the alert for the configured Jobs. we do not want to receive like that. we need to send the Specific team Job alert to that team alone.
Kindly help with this two requirements.
