Interactive Reports : Dialog Step per minute and Avg number of users not reported

Hi All,

We are on Solman 7.1 SP12. ST-AP/I 01R SP 1 and ST-PI SP 11.

I have configured interactive reporting for our ECC system. It was reporting all the relevant information, but for the last 2 months its has stopped recording information like Dialog Step per minute and Avg number of users logged on as shown in the attached screen shots. Can anybody please help me to resolve this issue.
